- Rs. 2,500 - cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure.
- Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000.
- No porterage included.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Prices quoted are as 1AUD = INR 36.50. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc.
- Tips of any nature, i.e., drivers, guides, tour managers, etc.
- Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary.
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’.

OVERSEAS MEDICAL INSURANCE |
| It is extremely important to possess an overseas medical insurance policy before you travel on your tour. Keeping your convenience in mind, we have included the cost of overseas medical insurance for the duration of the tour, amounting to Rs. 600 in your tour cost. However for any passengers above the age of 60, and those who extend their holiday, additional charges would apply. |

| IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE: |
- Price quoted are based as per the rate of exchange of AUD = INR 36.50.
- The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
- All prices are ex-hub city only. Passengers from any other city can join from the hub city, however any expenses borne by the passengers to/from the hub city is at their own expense.
- The cost of airfare included in the above tour cost is based on the fare structure as of December 01 2007.
- Any further increase in the airfare due to any increase in the fuel price, change in the Government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers, Vacations Exotica will not be held responsible for the same.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Vacations Exotica will not be responsible for the same.
- The Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursions, advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.
- For the convinience of our passengers, we will, sometimes, amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e. meals, sightseeing's, etc. not utilized on the tour. Incase of any matches scheduled at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, there will be no guided tour and the same will be viewed from outside.
- The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before the departure.
- Due to trade fairs and conventions in th cities, the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view to this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itinerary may have to altered/amended.
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in caring out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
- In co-operation with Qantas Airways, Singapore Airlines, Jet Airways, Air India. Tours operated subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in AUD out of your BTQ.
