To travel on your Europe tour, you would be required
to possess the
following visas:-
- Multiple entry UK visa
- Multiple entry Swiss visa.
- Multiple entry Schengen visa.
- Cost of Swiss, Schengen and UK visa is included
in your tour price
(including costs of documentation and processing
fees)
- The Schengen visa is valid for travel into
Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands
and France
(The cost would vary in case of any change in
European community visa policies)

YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE |
- Rs. 5,000 - cost of deviation, in case you
want to deviate from the group departure dates
mentioned in the brochure.
- Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent
to USD 10,000.
No porterage included.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading
to an increase in surface transportation and
land arrangements, which may come into effect
prior to departure. Prices quoted are as 1 EURO
= INR 58.50. The tour price is subject to increase
without notice if this rate changes substantially
prior to the departure of your tour.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry
expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink
not in the regular menu provided by us, mini-bar,
telephone calls etc.
- Tips of any nature i.e. drivers, guides, tour
managers, etc.
- Meals other than what is mentioned in your
itinerary.
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance
fees and local guides availed of by the passengers,
other than that mentioned in ‘What your
tour price includes’.

| OVERSEAS
MEDICAL INSURANCE |
| It is extremely important to possess an overseas
medical insurance policy before you travel on your
tour. Keeping your convenience in mind, we have
included the cost of overseas medical insurance
for the duration of the tour, amounting to Rs. 800
in your tour cost. However, for any passengers above
60 years of age, and those who wish to extend their
holiday, additional charges would apply. |
| IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE: |
- Prices quoted are based on the rate of exchange
of 1 EURO = INR 58.50. The tour price is subject
to increase without notice if there is a fluctuation
of more than 3% in the rate of exchange, than
the same would be refunded/collected additionally,
prior to departure.
- Passengers joining this tour must travel to
/ from the hub city at their own expense.
- The airfare is based on the fare structure
existing as on December 01, 2007. Any further
increase in the airfare due to an increase in
the fuel price, change in government regulations,
taxes etc. charged by the airline will have
to be borne by the passengers. Vacations Exotica
will not be held responsible for the same
- Indian lunches and dinners are pre set and
a-la-carte is not possible.
- Breakfast will be continental, which includes
tea, coffee, cereal, juice, bread, butter, jam,
hot eggs and fruits.
- Indian lunches served will be vegetarian
- First meal on the tour would start with dinner
on day of arrival and the last meal would end
with breakfast/box breakfast on day of departure
as per tour.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach
during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
Vacations Exotica will not be liable for the
same.
- We shall not accept any liability or responsibility
for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death,
breakdown or irregularity which may occur in
carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions,
strikes, war, terrorist attack, quarantine and
any other cause whatsoever and all such loss
or expense must be borne by the passengers.
Insurance policies must be carried while on
tour.
- The management reserves the right to claim
any additional expenses incurred due to delay
or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus,
cruise or other services.
- Due to private coaches being forbidden inside
the cities of Rome and Florence, most of your
sightseeing will be done by local buses and
by foot. The tour manager and driver will do
their best to get you as close to the monuments
as possible.
- Due to major international events and trade
fairs throughout Europe such as air-show, world
athletic meet, ice skating championships, motor
show, Tour de France, Euro 2008 Soccer, etc.
the hotels may be blocked out more than 2 years
in advance. In view of this you may have to
stay in hotels further away from the cities/different
city and the itinerary may have to be altered
/amended.
- We also reserve the right to substitute a
hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable
or necessary.
- On certain days, the ‘Changing of Guards’
may not take place at the Buckingham Palace.
- The Eiffel tower on certain days due to strong
wind conditions or being overcrowded may close
the 3rd level.
- On certain days, due to closure of the Sistine
Chapel, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Versailles
Palace, Gardens, the Louvre Museum, etc., the
tour manager reserves the right to amend the
itinerary.
- We reserve the right to amend / alter / vary
or withdraw any particular departure, excursion
advertised.
- For the convenience of our passengers we will
sometimes amend/alter the itinerary. However
all the services will remain the same.
- There are no refund for any services i.e.
meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your
tour.
- Making note of the varied interest of our
past clients we have not deemed the Lido show
essential to be a part of the tour cost.
- In case you decide to change the date of your
return reservation, once confirmed, a fee amounting
to USD 75 is payable by you directly to the
airline.
- Tours operated are subject to RBI / GOI regulations.
Part of the tour cost will be paid in Euros
/ USD out of your BTQ.
